Overall, its quite a fabulous facility with super-friendly staff who were quite helpful
Fabulous breakfast. Enjoyed it! Superb location overlooking a flowing river!
Our toilet had a continuous slight trickle and the shower wasn't draining fast enough. Didn't see the Hippos! The reception area was under renovation during our stay, which is a good thing, albeit it comes with some bits of inconvenience.

Very Good
The nature all around. The design of the hotel. They provide tours with helicopters (17000R for 45min) and organize safari tours for less than 2000R. The staff is working hard to make the hotel functioning well and to maintain it. The menu of the restaurant is interesting and they cook well.
The hotel had electricity shut down for hours, that came back at the mentioned time. No internet in the rooms
